With the deposition of Sunday Griva’s father, the trial of the murder of the 27 -year -old on April 2724 began outside the Agioi Anargyroi Police Department.
The witness referred to his acquaintance with the defendant in 2019 when his daughter introduced him. As he said, he had not made him a good impression, but his daughter loved him.
“I made two wonderful daughters and now I have one. And we are here today to get the accused crazy. I met him in 2019. My daughter brought me to our house. She was her boyfriend. The lad who accompanied her to the department was her former partner. This gentleman here is her murder »said the witness who said they were going for marriage.
Witness: At some point she came and asked me to marry. I told him “what do you have a purpose?” She told me that “Kula will give up from her job, she will get wedding and childbirth benefits.” I said to him, “Well are you working with me? I asked him: With allowances will you have a family? She really loved him, but he stabbed her. She was taking her card. She went to her jobs as a dye and she was getting the money. They worked together in a cleaning workshop. He was a guide. But how does a “crazy” have a driving license? He was smart. He was kept and no one got the news when he went to the department. He had the knife hidden in the belt.
President: Did your daughter come to complain about the accused?
Witness: He had taken me twice and he was telling me “Dad come and get me, I broke up”. And while I was going to take her, she would take me and say “Dad don’t come we found them”.
President: What did you say about the accused? Do you know if she visited her on the eve of the incident?
Witness: Yes, she went out of the house and made her a fuss. We had spoken and told me “daddy left”. He wanted to get into the house but didn’t come in.
The witness described the accused as a sick jealousy.
Prosecutor: Did you see her scared?
Witness: No, if I had understood something fear I would have broken his bones, I learned about rape while pregnant.
Prosecutor: What did your daughter tell you about the reasons she decided to interrupt?
Witness: He told me “Dad was right, he doesn’t want a family, all he cares about is drinking beer.” I told her “well you understood it”.
