The launch of an open electronic bidding (e-auction), via the platform www.e-publicrealestate.gr, for the lease of the “Brunetti House” in Kos, is proceeding with the ERDA, as part of its strategy for exploiting its portfolio with respect for its historical and cultural heritage.

The ABK 19, known as the “Brunetti House”, is a preserved monument with particularly architectural and morphological elements, a characteristic example of the Italian architecture of the interwar period, and an important presumption of the island’s history.

It was built in 1936, during the Italian rule in the Dodecanese, as a residence of Italian officials and doctor, Alessandro-Antonio Brunet and later used by the 80th Senior National Guard Administration (ADTA).

It is located on the urban fabric of the city of Kos, in a privileged location on the coastal front, on Themistokleous and Kountouriotis streets.

The two -storey house, totaling about 420 sqm, is built on a plot of 1,045 sq.m. and includes a ground floor, first and second floor, small basement and auxiliary spaces. The use of the property is a general residence, while the competition is a lease of 16 years with the possibility of extension for an additional 8 years.
