Public hospitals are being evaluated today by patients, as announced by Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis.

Patients over 18 years of age who get discharged from hospitals will virtually ‘rating»The services of the Health System and their experience in the NHS hospitals -“from whether there was toilet paper or sheets to service time by staff“, As the Minister of Health typically said.

The way of evaluating and the questionnaire

For 7 days after discharge, patients will be able to respond to a detailed questionnaire in which they will enter a link that will reach their mobile with SMS. Patients’ personal data have been guaranteed and through AMKA and other data it will be shown that these patients have actually been hospitalized.

The aim is to measure the satisfaction of patients who have been hospitalized and received discharged from a country in the country on a scale from 1 to 5as the questionnaire concludes, to record a general evaluation beyond the specific data collected from more specialized questions. The questionnaire does not last more than 3 minutes.

Measuring the satisfaction of citizens who have been hospitalized in NHS hospitals concerns data such as:

1. Accessibility

2. Organization and Coordination of Care

3. Care quality and interaction with staff (communication, courtesy and trust)

4. Support and participation in decision making

5. Cleanliness, hygiene and feeding

6. Support and update while leaving the hospital

7. Knowledge of the existence of GDLYY in hospitals and the effectiveness of service

8. General / overall evaluation of care provided
