“This cannot be tolerated. What does the company respond to complaints

The incident was revealed by posting on social media by the woman who was traveled with the child, prompting the immediate reaction of the Ministry of Shipping, which heralded sanctions.

The company Thassos Link replied that the ferry crew was offered to carry the child to the air -conditioned lounge with a manual stroller, which they would carry (crew members) but they (the child and his companion) refused.

“We offered a chair in the companion and frozen waters in both and put them in a shady place in the garage,” the company said of the incident.

In a second complaint about a heartbreaking and kidney woman, who also made a sitting in the garage, the company announced that “we were not informed that the lady wishes to be transported upstairs”.
