Scenes of anxiety unfolded on Saturday morning in Chania, when three students boarded an hitchhiker in a luxury vehicle driving a 20 -year -old Haniotis. The girls were trapped as the young driver began to dangerous maneuvers, ignoring their calls to stop and let them go down.

At a traffic light, two of the three girls managed to jump out of the car and escape, while the third remained in the vehicle until it was stopped.
Just before the incident, he had uploaded videos to social media, in which he seems to lead at high speed, to make dangerous maneuvers and spinning, recording his behavior as a feat. He has even uploaded photos of weapons and pistols in his social media account.
According to the authorities, the 20 -year -old called his father for help. The latter rushed to the spot and collided with a patrol vehicle. Eventually, the father and son were arrested and taken to the detention center.
