In fact, the witness has claimed that three months earlier this incident had been preceded by another sexual assault by the actor in the office of a theater company.
The woman began to testify without publicity during the previous trial, after the court accepted her request as well as one of the three alleged victims.
The prominent actor is expected to be present in court today, as he was during the previous trial, when he was transferred from Korydallos prison where he was transferred from Tripoli prison a few days before the trial began. The accused was absent from the bench at the beginning of the trial citing health reasons.
In camera he is expected to testify and the second of three women who complain about the actor, while in a public procedure the third alleged victim will give her testimony. According to the two actors who are going to testify, the famous artist tried to rape them, in 2010 one in his dressing room and in 2014 the other in his car. And these witnesses reported to the authorities that they had met with the accused for business reasons.
Petros Filippidis denies the allegationsclaiming that the complainants are aiming for their personal promotion by slandering him.
