“The ADEDY Executive Committee, on the occasion of the introduction to the Plenary of the House for the adoption of the bill on the new anti -labor disciplinary law of civil servants on Thursday, August 28, declares a nationwide strike on this day and calls on its day. 10:00 am
We stand against the attempted criminalization of trade union, social and political action, to assimilate them with criminal offenses of common criminal law, the abolition of the Second Disciplinary Board and the right to objection, to change the composition of disciplinary councils,
We demand the withdrawal of the bill.
We call on the Prefectures of ADEDY of the whole country to take similar actions on this day by organizing the strike. “
