With Deputy Minister Sevi Voloudakis we worked in this direction and with Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis, we signed the JMD, which now ensures in the most scientific way the accuracy of those who declare minors. Now anyone who declares a false minor will have consequences and anyone who denies control will be presumed an adult and lead to the adult structures. “

For his part, Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis said: “The Ministry of Health is actively supporting the enhancement of transparency and efficiency in reception and examination processes. By signing the Joint Ministerial Decision, we aim to accurately record the age of the applicants, which will help to enhance justice and the most accurate evaluation of each case. The application of this arrangement not only enhances transparency, but also ensures optimal management of applications, while promoting compliance with legality. Our goal is to create a fairer and more effective reception system. “
