The defendants for the criminal organization in Chania continue for the second day.
The two defendants (brothers) were held in custody who were alleged as the persons who maintained a leading position. Their detention concerns categories related to the second case filewhich already opened and activated today.
Specifically, the two brothers were initially released on the restrictive condition of non -exit from the country at 6.30pm for the charges related to the first case file, related to drugs, weapons and black money laundering.
Immediately, however, after the first ruling, the prosecutor requested and arrested, according to their lawyers Maria Papadakis, Nikos Kotsambasakis and Rafael Lakiotakis, for charges related to the second case file, which has already opened and related to illegal acts of deeds.
The defendants have received a deadline and will apologize next Tuesday, September 9th.
Also today, after the apology, five people were detained, while three were released on restrictive terms.
Another nine defendants are expected to apologize.
