The Chez Claude Restaurant has just won a tim menu in celebration of the 45th anniversary of chef Claude Troisgros in Brazil. There are also news on the Xepa and Les Deux Magots menu and the opening of an Italian sandwiches house in downtown São Paulo.

Chez Claude
To commemorate the 45th anniversary of his coming to Brazil, chef Claude Troisgros created a seven-stroke tim menu (R $ 455). The Oyster and Tucupi entrance is followed by the tuna with watermelon and caviar. Among the main ones appears the magret de duck accompanied by Rissoni in orange sauce and poivre vert, of green pepper. From dessert, the chocolate mousse is finished with olive oil, farofa and salt flower. The harmonization of wines costs R $ 190.

Forniamo
Newly opened in the city center, the house offers sandwiches made with natural fermentation breads. The highlights are the Italian focaccia pannies. There is an option with cured salami, provolone, handmade mayonnaise, vinaigrette and arugula (R $ 59) and also raw ham, fresh burrata, pesto and tomato confit (R $ 78). The house still sells varied breads, such as brioche (R $ 32) and traditional sourdough (R $ 25).

Jojo Ramen
The network opened the fourth unit in the state capital – this inspired by the Hokkaido region, northern Japan. In the menu there are exclusive recipes created by chef Meguru Baba, such as Ebi Misso Mazemen (R $ 90), a ramen without broth and shrimp. At the entrances, a novelty is a ball known as Wonton (R $ 69), made in steam and stuffed with shrimps and scallops with Mission Sauce and Crunchy Chilli Oil.

Les deux magots
The French restaurant menu gained new dishes of the day. On Monday, for example, there is tuna in pepper crust, with pomegranate vinaigrette, homus and salad (R $ 90). Already on Wednesday, there is the mincemeat with bacon farofa, fried egg and caramelized banana (R $ 90). COQ Au Vin, chicken stew in red wine with pearl onion, mushrooms and bacon (R $ 95), is the star of the farm.

Metzi
To celebrate its five years, the restaurant welcomes chef Alex Atala next Monday (15), also Mexico’s Independence Day. The closed menu (R $ 700, seven dishes) has shot of cachaça with cashew foam and Brazilian Tajín edge as a welcome drink. In the main course, there is a soft-haired a-yellow hawk (Mexican sauce) of acai and crispy sesame with tortillas. For dessert, it serves oblea (thin waffle disc) stuffed with dulce de leche and tahin and mastruz ice cream, a herb.

Salvi
The healthy food restaurant originating in Santana opened a new unit in Pinheiros. For breakfast, there is vegan cheese bread (R $ 16, five units), made with sweet potato. Already among the main ones is successful the crispy organic tilapia (R $ 55), served with banana puree. The house serves a executive menu from Monday to Friday, during lunch, which includes dish and dessert of the day for $ 46.

Taquería La Sabrosa
The house also celebrates Mexico’s Independence Day on Sunday in partnership with the sommelières Daniela Bravin and Cassia Campos, from Bar He headquarters 261. Taqueria serves three unique flavors (between $ 33 and $ 42, two units): one carries lamb and baked garlic, another has pineapple cheek and the third vegetarian cheek and the third vegetarian cheek stuffing Mushrooms, yams and sriracha pepper mayonnaise. There is a possibility of harmonizing with wines.

Xepa
The bar launched new dishes in the menu. In the inputs now appear the confit grapes, served with dry curd and toasted (R $ 59). Among the main there are cassava puree ribs (R $ 92) and Capellini with Demi-Glace, served with sautéed seafood and lemon zest (R $ 87). The news extend to the drink letter, with Texas Blood Barbiekill, which takes whiskey, brandy, creamy guava, tempered tomato juice and bacon slice ($ 42).
