“Today (18/09/2025) at midnight, in a detention facility of the Municipal Theater Police Department, a foreign prisoner was found hanging (using his blouse) in the toilet area.
The incident was perceived by a detainee who immediately informed the police officers who were executing service, while at the There were another 5 of his detainees.
