Fives were released on restrictive terms, after their apology to the investigator, the five young men accused of attacking fanatic motives against 16 -year -olds last month in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki.
According to the case file, the minor returned to his home when he was approached by twenty scooters with fans coming from Thessaloniki’s “Macedonia” Airport. According to the same case file, the minor was attacked with punches and kicks, while the perpetrators attempted to take out his blouse that had a discreetly another sports club.
Five people were identified by the police investigation, including a minor. In their apologies before the Thessaloniki investigator, only the minor allegedly accepted his involvement in the attack, but refusing to try to get the blouse and downgrading the tension of the blows, while the rest (all adults) apologized.
With the agreement of an investigator and the prosecutor, it was decided to release themselves in terms of terms. Among the terms imposed on them is the ban on watching football matches and basketball matches, while appearing during them at the Police Station.
