Wednesday morning it became known that at 2 in the morning the fleet for Gaza received attacks with flash flakes and chemicalswhich caused explosions, minor damage and interruption of communications.
The attack took place 50 km south of Crete and 30 nautical miles southwest of Gavdos – within the Greek SAR (Research and Rescue area).
According to an extraordinary announcement by “March to Gaza Greece”, the attack took place at around 2am (Greek time).
Yesterday, Monday, Israel announced that it would not allow the international global Sumudilla Sumudilla decoration to reach the Gaza Strip, as boats carrying humanitarian aid and philanthropic activists intend to break the exclusion of Palestinian.
“Israel will not allow ships to enter an active battle zone and will not allow a violation of a legal naval blockade,” the Israeli Foreign Ministry said, accusing Hamas of organizing the operation to promote its goals.
