Traffic regulations are in place in downtown Athens due to the race & promenade “Greece Race for the Cure 2025”. Today, Sunday from the 07: 00–13: 00 Full traffic interruption is valid along the entire length of Vasilissis Amalia Avenue In both streams.
According to the Traffic announcement, traffic arrangements are as follows:
Gradual interruption of vehicle traffic Sunday 28-9-2025, between 00΄ to 13.00΄, as follows:
- L. Syngrou, in the section between Ath. Constitution.
- Vas. Olga, all along and perpendicular to the first parallel road.
- Ath. Diakou, all along its traffic to Syngrou Avenue.
Gradual interruption of vehicles on Sunday 28-9-2025, between 00΄ to 13.00΄, as follows:
- Vas. Sofia, in the section between Vas.
- Vas. Konstantinos: All along its traffic, traffic to Ardittou Street and its vertical to the first parallel road. In the section between Sp.
- Hr. Atticus, all along and perpendicular to the first parallel road.
- Vas. Georgiou II, all along and perpendicular to the first parallel road.
- Meleagrou, in the section between Hesiod Street and L. Vas. Konstantinos.
- Aravantinou, in the section between Hesiod Street and Vas. Konstantinos.
- Cleanthus, in the section between Vas. Georgiou II and Konstantinos.
- Academy, in the section between Char. Trikoupi and L. Vas.
Prohibition of Vertical Vehicles Travel along the event route during the hours when its sections will be excluded from the traffic of vehicles outside the following controlled nodes:
- Vas. Sofia – Rigillis.
- Vas. Konstantinos – Vas. Georgiou II.
Vehicle drivers are kindly requested, in order to better serve them and prevent traffic accidents to be particularly careful when crossing the above points and to follow the existing road marking and the instructions of the travelers.
