The aircraft for the repatriation of 27 Greek citizens who participated in the “Global Sumudilla Sumudilla” fleet arrived in Greece, according to a statement from the Foreign Ministry.
Specifically, the Foreign Ministry notes that: With the care of the Foreign Ministry in coordination with the Embassy of Greece in Tel Aviv, it arrived in Athens safely with a special repatriation flight of 27 Greek citizens who participated in the “Global Sumudilla Sumudilla”. The above flight also facilitated the transfer of 134 citizens from 15 European countries.
There had been a communication between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Greek Embassy in Tel Aviv to carry out the repatriation processes, while Athens had proceeded on Friday in a vigorous walk to Israel, calling for acceleration of release and repatriation actions.

Along with the 27 Greeks was on the flight and activist Greta Tancyberg. Israel had earlier reported today that an additional 171 activists from the Gaza Assistant Assistance, including the Greta Toberg climate activist, were deported to Greece and Slovakia on Monday.
