Removing any confidentiality of communication regarding Roula Pispirigou who was remanded in custody yesterday with the unanimous opinion of an investigator and a prosecutor, proceeded according to information, Judge Christina Salapa handling heavy envelope with murder of 9-year-old Georgina by her own mother.
The investigator reportedly asked the prosecutor to propose to the judicial council the removal of all communication secrets for Roula Pispirigou, mobile, computer, social media research which she used in order to directly control her communications, searches and contacts.
Target of the investigation is the extraction of data, on issues that remain open, such as where and how the accused got the ketamineas well as her communications with various people in her family environment who are the target of investigations.
To this end, judicial sources state that her close family environment, husband, sister, etc., will not be immediately summoned by the investigator, while doctors and especially those who have significant testimonies will precede as witnesses.
Of course that does not rule out Roula Pispirigou’s husband and father of three unfortunate children, Manos Daskalakisif he wants to go to the interrogator and ask for the support of the accusation against his wife, filing a civil lawsuit.
At the same time the research that was assigned to yesterday two prosecutors, Antonios Eleftherianos and Apostolos Andreoufor the deaths of the other two children of the Daskalaki family, is in full swing, with the prosecutorial authorities aiming at results in a short time.
As for Roula Pispirigou’s apology yesterday, the general assessment of the competent judicial authorities is that it did not shake even the slightest indictment and did not convince her that the administration of ketamine to the unfortunate child, who caused his death, was due to a medical error and not in a criminal act by his own mother.
