The head of the main opposition of the Municipality of Athens, Kostas Bakoyannis (Faction “Athens High”), criticized the mayor of Athens, Haris Doukas, regarding the delay in handling the issue of electric skates in the city.
In his post, Mr. Bakoyiannis commented on the time delay in the implementation of the plan announced by the current mayor.
In particular, he recalled that Mr. Doukas had announced his plan for skates on May 5 and started the consultation on June 25.
Since the post was made on November 3, Mr. Bakoyannis pointed out that six months and one tourist season have passed.
“Mr. Duke on 5/5 you announced the plan. On 25/6 the consultation. Today is 3/11. It’s been 6 months and a season and you’re still thinking about it? This is called at best inaction at the expense of the Athenians,” he specifically wrote.
