Just outside Stemnitsa, Alexander arrives at a riding farm, where hard work awaits him in the stable and later, riding in the magical landscape of Arcadian nature, following a separate route in the forest.
On the way back, he sets up the bbq and together with hospitable people enjoys a juicy “Beef Burger with egg & cabbage” accompanied by onion pickle and blue cheese for extra intensity.
The continuation has a visit to the Monastery of Timios Prodromos with the amazing view and descent on the paths of the river Lucius. At the end of the route, on the banks of the river with the crystal clear waters, the reward is “Goat leg marinated with baby potatoes”, quietly cooked and delicious, full of Mediterranean aromas.
