Extraordinary financial assistance is currently paid to low-income retirees

Today, Holy Wednesday, is paid to the accounts of 634,000 low-income retirees the extraordinary financial aid Easter 2022, which amounts to 200 euros, as reminded by the e-EFKA administration.

According to an announcement of the institution, the pensioners (beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries) of the extraordinary financial aid, have the possibility of personalized information, through the special platform that has been put into operation on the e-EFKA website (www.efka.gov.gr) at menu: Online Services-> Retirees -> Checking the right to emergency financial support Easter 2022 (https://www.efka.gov.gr/elegxosdikaiomatos.php).

Users enter the system using taxis codes and can see on the screen in real time the reason for rejection, as a result of the control carried out by the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE).

Reasons for rejection are as follows:

1. the individual income is greater than 7,200 euros,

2. the total family income is more than 14,400 euros,

3. you are a resident abroad,

4. the value of the real estate is greater than 200,000 euros,

5. the VAT number may belong to the deceased. Contact EFKA,

6. no cleared statement was found, until 31/03/2022, for the TIN.

It is pointed out that the financial support has been credited to the bank accounts of pensioners with an annual individual taxable income of up to 7,200 euros (600 euros per month) and an annual family taxable income of up to 14,400 euros.

Specifically, it is paid to those who in March 2022 receive:

– permanent or temporary main pension or advance payment of main pension due to old age, disability or death,

– pre-retirement benefit,

– disability benefits paid by the Electronic National Social Security Agency (e-EFKA),

– pension benefits of par. 3 of article 4 of law 4387/2016 (AD 85).
