Serious accident occurred to an employee on a dock ship performing scheduled work. According to an announcement by the management company, the accident occurred during the night shift, at 4.45 am.
According to the first indications, the accident came from a break of the ship’s guardrail (rally), resulting in the loss of balance, and the fall of the colleague. The worker was immediately transported to the private Metropolitan Hospital for medical treatment. According to the opinion of the treating doctors, the condition of the employee is out of danger and his stay in the hospital continues as a precaution.

At the same time, the Authorities have already started the procedures for the full clarification of the circumstances of the incident, in order to ascertain the exact causes that led to the accident.
