In particular, in the early morning hours of the same day, outside the truck parking lot in Aspropyrgos, the accused together with two of his accomplices, riding in a car, They approached a 47-year-old man of Polish origin who was moving on foot and, using physical force, put him in their vehicle and took away his money and his mobile phone.
They then traveled a distance of two kilometers and forcibly disembarked him, after previously dragging him for a few meters, as the foreigner resisted in order to keep his mobile phone in his possession.
From the pre-investigation investigation of T.A. Aspropyrgos, it was possible to identify the 27-year-old and he was located and arrested in the area of Nea Zoi Aspropyrgos.
The arrested person was taken to the Athens Public Prosecutor for Misdemeanors.
