He expressed the appreciation that the institution of the personal doctor will start as soon as the bill is passed and by the end of the year several citizens will have been registered in the system so that it can work.
Ms Gaga explained that it was for doctors from the primary health care system, contracted to EOPYY and individuals and added that it will include physicians and general practitioners, but also other specialties.
In fact, the GP will also be able to writes medicines and tests.
He noted that these doctors will be paid by the public and the relevant budget has been budgeted and will be discussed in parliament.
The Minister noted that at the same time the o digital file of the patient which will be completed by the personal doctor but will also be completed whenever the patient needs something
Finally, he stressed that the institution of the personal doctor will make citizens feel much safer for their health.
