He admitted that he beheaded him because, according to what he apologized, he had been hit by a hawk earlier and despite the effort to treat and sew it, he did so. to “redeem” it. “I was just sorry so as not to suffer“, He stated characteristically.

For revenge The 55-year-old plaintiff spoke in his testimony, claiming that his cousin, after finding the dove (breed “dunekia”), asked for money to return it to him. He testified that because of this incident, the relations between the two “broke down”.

The 50-year-old filed an appeal against the above decision, to be judged again by a higher Court.
