THE digital service of the Municipalitywhich was put into operation two years ago and has already received more than 31,000 applicationsis upgraded and makes the life of the Athenians easier, allowing them to automatically receive the coveted certificate.
Until today, the interested parties had to submit an electronic application to the Municipality and then wait for the “green light” from the services for the issuance of the relevant decision.
This wait caused serious “arrhythmias” in the daily life of property owners, but also of market professionals, as well as precious time was wasted until the transfer process is complete.
From today, however, the standby time is zeroas after completing the necessary details of the contracted and the transferred real estate, the interested parties can immediately have the certificate in their hands immediately.
The way to upgrade this valuable service for citizens, opened last Wednesday with the relevant decision (no. 203 / 28-3-2022) of the Municipal Council of Athens.
The new service is available on the digital services platform of the Municipality of Athens https://eservices.cityofathens.gr and the entrance to it is made using them taxisnet codes.
At the same time, for him verification of the authenticity of the certificatein the document issued by the platform there is one QR codewhich if scanned confirms the validity of the document.
