The KKE announces another case of silencing and censorship, in the context of the so-called “internet freedom”, this time with the YouTube platform “downloading” the journalist’s channel Seminas Digeni “.
“Even more provocative than the fact itself is the accompanying reasoning that the channel’s allegedly ‘intended to incite violence or encourage dangerous, illegal activities that pose an inherent risk of serious bodily harm or death.'”
It is the well-known “message” of the platform that accompanies similar bans on videos with “unpleasant” content, which – from what can be seen from the channel of Semina Digeni – goes to the point of censoring even great personalities of Art and Culture.
This practice is not “lightning in the atrium”. On the contrary is also powered by various EU directives, which have been incorporated by the Greek governments, which essentially impose a cultural and internet ‘terrorist’ underlines the party’s announcement and concludes:
“We demand the immediate and complete reopening of the channel of the journalist Semina Digeni.”
