Tsipras and Androulakis are absolute rulers of the game, although different internal party voices still exist in SYRIZA and PASOK.

On the way to the elections, the path of progressive governance that Alexis Tsipras is constantly talking about is paved with thorns. Obstacles are constantly appearing between SYRIZA and PASOK that “freeze” their relations. The new correlations that have been created in the two parties after the completion of the congressional procedures will play their part. The leaders are the absolute rulers of the game, although different internal party voices still exist. There are some in Charilaou Trikoupi who view the coexistence positively? This will never be known before the polls. In Koumoundourou in such a case they will hold an internal electronic referendum. The left wing is not entirely positive, but it is considered certain that at the critical moment it will not stand in the way.
The last episode, which did not go unnoticed in Koumoundourou, is “Coverage”, which, as they claim, was provided by Nikos Androulakis to Andreas Loverdos on the issue of Novartis. The erasure of his name, allegedly from FBI documents, sparked a new round of controversy. Koumoundourou was waiting in the “corner” for the president of PASOK, as he proposed him to participate in the new Political Council of the movement. Nikos Androulakis raised his voice and Nasos Iliopoulos from SYRIZA did the same. It is recalled that the former minister, speaking on the subject, had argued that “this is a story that makes no sense, does not affect anything – the special court has all the documents and those with the name and those without the name.” Andreas Loverdos was elected 23rd out of 31. During the period of the internal party elections in Charilaou Trikoupi, SYRIZA constantly reminded that the former minister and executives of his environment are a “hug” with Maximos. And of course they did not see in any case positively the possibility of his election.
And because the “nails” from Charilaou Trikoupi to Koumoundourou are not missing, there are many times that SYRIZA responds by recalling the financial debts of PASOK. Despite the fact that Alexis Tsipras wants the tones to be low, pointing out that “SYRIZA’s opponent is ND”. Nikos Androulakis, in the line of political autonomy and the narrative “neither Mitsotakis nor Tsipras in the prime ministership”, “nailed” Giannis Ragousis and Mariliza Xenogiannakopoulou for their terms as PASOK secretary. The two SYRIZA executives chose to take off their gloves last week and answer that the party secretaries did not have the authority to sign and be responsible for PASOK’s finances and loans. For this reason, they were not even called as witnesses in the relevant judicial investigation. Regarding the “janissaries” mentioned by the head of Charilaou Trikoupi, Mr. Ragousis recalled the last transfer of Kostas Chrysogonos who moved from SYRIZA to PASOK and was elected to the new Political Council.
The trends in SYRIZA
In SYRIZA, the internal party “bra de fer” continues. Alexis Tsipras has signaled to both “Presidents” as well as in “Umbrella” that he does not want trends to get entangled in his legs. He even talked about self-abolition making it clear to him that he holds the “keys” of the party. The groupings do not lead to extroversion and deprive many “decibels” of the structural opposition that SYRIZA wants to do. This is the reason why Alexis Tsipras cut the air to the “Presidents” who after the conference proved that the correlations were overwhelmingly in their favor. Many members of the majority expected that the new secretary would be from their own wing, but the president with the choice of the young, but very experienced in party affairs, Rania Svigkou, made the surprise.
The balances in PASOK
As in SYRIZA with Alexis Tsipras, so in PASOK the predominance of Nikos Androulakis post-conference is universal. Two-thirds of the Central Committee are executives who come from his environment, while Andreas Spyropoulos, a close associate of his, became secretary of K.P.E. at a rate of 88%. In fact, no “rebellion” was recorded, as no other candidacy was submitted. Stefanos Xekalakis was elected first in the new Political Council, while Dimitris Mantzos and Nikos Milis, who are also close to Mr. Androulakis, were the first to be elected number two and three.
From their wing “Genitalia” and “Papandreou” Manolis Christodoulakis is still strong. Despite the fact that in the Political Council he did not enter the top ten (25th) in the Central Committee, he took the second place, proving that he has power in Charilaou Trikoupi. The information states that the former secretary is very active in Eastern Attica and is very close to choosing this region to run in the next elections.
