The list of witnesses to be examined by the Investigative Committee for the monitoring of the mobile phone of Nikos Androulakis opens today.
With the statements of the former commanders of the EYP, Theodorou Daravilla (2012-2015) and Ioannis Rubatis (2015-2019), today opens the list of witnesses for the Inquiry Committee to investigate the “case of violation of the confidentiality of the communications of the president of PASOK-KINAL and MEP Mr. Nikos Androulakis by the EYP or by other natural or legal persons, the confirmed attempt to trap his mobile phone with the Predator malicious software, the illegal use of it in the territory and the investigation into the existence of responsibilities of the Prime Minister Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis and any other involved natural or legal entity”.
The examination of witnesses, as scheduled, will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be conducted in camera with the procedure of complete secrecy, as it has been decided for all the meetings of the Commission.
