“Falsehood, demagoguery and above all… three sing and two dance!”, reads the post of the Minister of Labor on Facebook
Answer to his statements Alexis Tsipras for the workers in Malamatina, the Minister of Labor gives through his Facebook account Kostis Hatzidakis.
More specifically he writes:
“Lies and A. Tsipras are identical concepts. It was confirmed again today with his statements about the Malamatina workers. Some of the dismissals that took place there are allegedly the fault of the “three-cursed Hatzidakis law” which he will abolish.
Now watch out: These layoffs could be done under all the laws that were in effect from 1982 onward! Everyone without exception. And those that were valid during SYRIZA. But what does he care about Mr. Tsipras? It’s his fault Mitsotakis and Hatzidakis!
What is it that will also remove? A law most provisions of which he voted for. The law that increased parental leave. The law that equated upwards the status of artisans and other employees for layoffs. The law that introduced positive measures for violence and sexual harassment at work. The law that introduced the right to disconnect in telecommuting, etc. This will remove!
One more thing. He and his company boast that the specific layoffs are illegal. But if this is true, then the “disgraceful” Hatzidakis law is ultimately pro-labor. Because it protects the fired!
In other words: falsehood, demagoguery and above all… three sing and two dance!”.
