Turkish drones will “listen” to the Aegean, reports the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet in its front page article.

According to the publication, as correspondent Manolis Kostidis broadcasts from Istanbul, underwater microphones “will monitor the movements of Greek submarines in the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean. They will install special sonar devices, which until now patrol aircraft have done.”

Meanwhile, Hulusi Akar’s “warlike” cries for Greece’s exit from the treaties whetted the appetite of the Turks.

It is recalled that yesterday the Turk Minister of Defense, Hulusi Akarpulled the rope some more saying:

“Hey Greece, take advantage of the opportunities! Don’t be misled. These weapons are of no use to you. Whatever you do these weapons are too much for defense, too little for Turkey. These alliances are worthless. There are examples of this, nobody sticks around when there is a problem. Example: 1919-1922. Some countries tried to use Greece as a proxy against Turkey. They entered Anatolia in 1919-1920-1921 and fell into the sea in 1922. Read the story, remember. If you are thinking about something like that, we say ‘don’t forget swimming… Don’t know how to swim!'”.

The above statements opened a discussion on CNN Turk that “the islands belong to Turkey. Now we are discussing who these islands belong to.”

“The Minister of Defense of Turkey told us that you cannot militarize these islands. If you continue, then it is considered that you have come out of the Lausanne and Paris Treaties”, commented the journalist of the Aksam newspaper, Melik Yigitel.

“Then we start the discussion about the status of the islands” said the journalist Hulki Cevizoglu.

“Yes, that means these islands are no longer yours, let’s make a new agreement” continued Yigitel.

“Does the exit from Lausanne mean that these islands are ours?” asked Cevizoglu.

“Yes, we are talking about a new treaty here. Let me give you an example, like a rental agreement. If the conditions are not met, then it can be removed! So is the Treaty! Hulusi Akar says it clearly, these islands in the past and in the future as now can only be demilitarized” replied Yigitel.
