“It is unacceptable and universally condemnable to issue threats of a missile attack against Greece by an allied country, a member of NATO. The mentality of North Korea cannot and should not enter the North Atlantic Alliance” said the Greek Foreign Minister, Nikos Dendias, upon his arrival at the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) of the European Union, commenting on yesterday’s statements by Tayyip Erdogan “if she does not sit wisely Athens, our missiles will hit it.”

Regarding the scandal, over the weekend, with the European Parliament and the involvement of Eva Kaili – who was deemed to be in custody – Nikos Dendias replied: “As is known, an investigation is currently being conducted for particularly serious crimes. We all have to respect that.”
