“He wants to set elections in Greece according to the date in Turkey”
Front page in Hurriyet is Kyriakos Mitostakis on the occasion of the upcoming elections in Greece.
As SKAI correspondent Manolis Kostidis reportsthe Turkish newspaper states in its headline that “Mitsotakis’ concern is the elections in Turkey”.
He then states that he “wants to set elections in Greece according to the date in Turkey,” referring to Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s announcement of early elections in the neighboring country.
Erdogan is fourth in a youth poll
However, the opinion polls for the Turkish president are not the best, since in questions asked to young people, Erdogan’s party comes fourth, after the undecideds, with a percentage of 13.9%.
This means that his aggressive rhetoric against and against Greece does not seem to convince the youth of Turkey.
At the same time, Erdogan overnight raised the rate of increase he announced for the salaries of civil servants from 25% to 30% and this because there were reactions, while adding that this increase will be for the first half of the year, announcing that after there will be a new increase!
