Notice-reply to SYRIZA the case of Mr. Kretsos and the television license tender, issued by New Democracy.
More detail:
“Mr. Kretsos, whose acquittal is celebrated by SYRIZA, was on trial for procedural issues of the supporting documents requested for the television license tender.
This specific case has nothing to do with the setting up of the television license competition and the attempt to control the television field through the creation of the SYRIZA channel! These are judged in the Special Court where the closest associate of Mr. Tsipras, N. Pappas, is on trial! For the trial of Mr. Kretsos, SYRIZA released a 147-word statement in a few hours. For the Special Court and what is complained about SYRIZA, for Mr. Pappas, for the appointments and transfers of suitcases with the offshore specialist Mr. Artemiou, for bags with seven-figure sums that ended up in the party and for setting up the competition through rate share sms, they haven’t said a word in 14 days!
We will continue to repeat the questions and demand answers.
1. Who were the recipients of the complained bags?
2. Was Mr. Pappas acting of his own accord or on the orders of Tsipras?
3. What services did Mr. Artemiou offer to Mr. Pappa and to Maximos that he entered and left with bags?
4. If all the complaints of years that give rise to the above questions are false, why has no one sued Mr. Kalogritsa?”
The announcement of SYRIZA
“While Mr. Mitsotakis was speaking from the floor of the Parliament about a “rigged competition” regarding the television licenses, Lefteris Kretsos was unanimously acquitted, as were five members of the competition evaluation committee.
So neither “pastures” nor “favor” to Mr. Kalogritsa with the seal of Justice. All lies!
The only thing left for Mr. Mitsotakis is the alliance with his former partner Mr. Theodorikakos and his lawyer Mr. Loverdos, to fabricate slander against SYRIZA – PS as a cheap distraction from the diversion of wiretapping.
It is now proven that everything was set up in order to take revenge on SYRIZA – PS because for the first time money entered the public treasury from the use of public frequencies.
The question is one: Will Mr. Mitsotakis find the courage to apologize for the slanders he has been unleashing for seven years and repeated even today from the floor of the Parliament?
