“Yesterday was an unpleasant day. Everyone can be judged by justice, but as far as sexual harassment is concerned, we are with the victims and not with the perpetrators”, said the president of SYRIZA – PS, while adding that “the message is no cover-up, no shadow.”
For the complaints against him Alexis Georgoulis and his expulsion from the party was spoken by Alexis Tsipras from Lavrio.
“Yesterday was an unpleasant day. Everyone can be judged by justice, but as far as sexual harassment is concerned, we are with the victims and not with the perpetrators”, said the president of SYRIZA – PS, while adding that “the message is no cover-up, no shadow.”
From the city of Lavrio he also emphasized that “the wealth was given by the people and there can be no justice without a fair distribution. (…) Today we are in a situation of great injustice, like a noose, the widening of inequalities is terrible. (…) Our slogan is justice everywhere”.
“Enough with the injustice and the shrinking of income,” said Mr. Tsipras, emphasizing that “every Greek yearns for a change, for an end to the state of uncertainty. We have a plan for the middle class, to stop the redistribution of income since World War II. We will cancel the bankruptcy law, we will proceed to cut the face value of the debt. (…) We are not asking for a second chance, but the first chance, to govern without memoranda. Now we know and we can, we learned from our mistakes.”
