The MEP described her in a clear way ND Eliza Vosenberg, what he knows about the case of Alexis Georgoulis whom Eleni Chronopoulou – PASOK official and former employee of the European Parliament – accuses of rape and beating.

“I know this girl. I know her very well. She is the daughter of a colleague and a colleague herself. She is an educated, linguist, hard-working girl who is respected in Brussels. She hadn’t said anything to me. Nevertheless, I learned from a relative of hers that she had suffered such a shock, and so severe were the blows which she suffered, that for more than six months she could not see or speak to anyone, for she was afraid that this would be found out by her parents, whom she wished to protect.” he stated speaking about the case to Real FM ND MEP Eliza Voseberg.

“As a woman herself who is raped and physically abused, she not only gets a shock but a severe mental shock to face the next day and what is happening now with the breach of personal data and the cannibalization she is going through from a certain portion of the press, who publish photos of her, who literally do not respect anything,” he then underlined.
