With a manifesto, out of the kitchen, Kemal Kilicdaroglu goes on the counterattack, ten days before the second round of the Turkish elections.

As SKAI correspondent Manolis Kostidis reports from IstanbulKilicdaroglu is called upon to reverse the dispute by Tayyip Erdogan, who shouts that the opposition is questioning the popular will.

In his manifesto, Kilicdaroglu states: “From here I address everyone. We did not find this homeland on the road. We will not surrender our country to the logic that brought 10 million illegal refugees and immigrants into the country.

We will not hand over our country to a so-called world leader who was until recently co-chairman of the Greater Middle East project, now he has come under the direction of Russia and sits with bowed head and folded hands before its leader.

While tens of thousands of civilians died in the earthquake, out of fear he ordered the army to stop, and while people waited for help under the rubble this logic sold blood and tents. We will not hand over the country to them.

We will not hand over our homeland to those who, depending on their interests, call Turkish citizens Kurds, then terrorists, then FETO.

You young people! Stand up straight. Shake off the soil of the dead. Whoever loves his country should go to the polls. We will fight until the end. We will definitely win. Absolutely!!”

Imamoglou went down to the field for the second round of the elections

Meanwhile, Ekrem Imamoglu has put his engines into full gear to turn things around after Kemal Kilicdaroglu doesn’t seem to be winning over the world. That’s why Imamoglu went down the streets and goes among the people and explains to them that Erdogan is to blame for the poverty in Turkey:

“Citizen: When will the prices on the street food go down?

Imamoglu: As soon as we expel them. We are not done, we have the second round. There is no winner in the first round. Don’t listen to them, he didn’t win. We start the match with a score of 0-0. Whoever gets one more vote wins. I will walk, I will tour. If there is something that was misunderstood I will explain it. The government tried to tarnish our image.

Citizen: All fruits and vegetables are very expensive and we are told that the municipality of Istanbul is to blame.

Imamoglu: Did I raise the price of the farmer’s fuel? Did I raise fertilizer prices? Who tells them this? The screens they see. We explained it to them but it probably wasn’t enough. We will explain them more,” said the mayor of Istanbul.

Erdogan requested the mobilization of the party apparatus for May 28

However, Recep Tayyip Erdogan shouts that “the opposition is questioning the popular will” and called for the mobilization of the party apparatus.

“You see who we have in front of us. While in the elections they lost by a margin they try to muddy the waters and do everything to overshadow the national will. Rest assured that they will continue this behavior until May 28th. In case we do not stand strong and continue our activities in the same way. Do not have any doubt that the opposite side with its fascist and aggressive attitude will attempt to “sit” on the ballot boxes.

Meanwhile, Erdogan received congratulatory calls on the election from Qatar, Hungary, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and northern Iraq.

Rumors in Ankara about Erdogan’s new ministers

Finally, in Turkey, those who have taken Erdogan’s victory for granted, are now focusing on the composition of the new Government of the Turkish president. As Manolis Kostidis pointed out, his information indicates that ministers will be those who accompanied him to Hagia Sophia where he went to pray the day before the May 14 elections.
