The General Secretary of the Central Committee of the KKE Dimitris Koutsoubas shared moments of relaxation with party officials, friends, associates, candidates for the party’s parliament, political editors in a mezedo shop in Kalogreza, an area of the Northern Sector of Athens where he is also a candidate.
The head of the State ballot Thanasis Pafilis was also present.
At noon on Saturday, there was an atmosphere of optimism for the outcome of the election, as D. Koutsoubas himself confirmed while talking to journalists.
He thanked those present for their contribution to the electoral battle, expressed his hope for good results, for a strong KKE legacy for the matches, which, as he pointed out, continue anyway from Monday.
Among those present we distinguished G. Margaritis, D. Tsakni, P. Thalassino, V. Korakaki, M. Androulidaki, Th. Papadopoulos, Eleni Gerasimidou, Ant. Xeno, Angeliki Xeno, P. Orkopoulos with his wife Nikis Hatzidou, the musician and orchestrator Yiannis Papazachariakis, Eri Ritsou, Semina Digeni, Liana Kanelli, Eleni Radou, V. Serifi and Katerina Stikoudi.
Also present were the mezzo-soprano Lydia Angelopoulou, the tenor Stamatis Beris and the footballer Nikos Papadopoulos.
