“The ballot box is new, it is empty. Our great opponent in this election is complacency. A very small difference in the percentage of ND will make a big difference in the stability, in the security of the country’s governance for years to come. We are seeking a clear mandate to move forward confidently, with stability, with a perspective in troubled times”, said Yannis Oikonomou, the ND MP candidate for Fthiotida, to SKAI and the show “Kalimera” with Giorgos Autias.

On the occasion of the tragic shipwreck in Pylos, Mr. Economou emphasized that “the crucial issue of immigration has emphatically returned to the news. And with what followed, the difference in perception that exists in dealing with immigration comes back to the fore. A structured immigration policy that will not allow us to live in conditions of chaos. Conditions that neither fit with our humanity, nor served international law, nor social cohesion.”

“The country needs a cool and decisive leadership to continue strengthening its international prestige and geopolitical footprint, but also to implement everything that was presented as a perspective for every Greek family in the next four years. A path forward that all of us can walk as long as we have a stable ecosystem of political governance, economy, in the next period. And at the helm of the country must be a politician who has demonstrated both the characteristics of leadership and empathy”, concluded Mr. Economou.
