“Whatever they do in the parliament we will prove that we are very tough” said the president of the Hellenic Solution after the first results
The president of the Hellenic Solution launched an attack on pollsters, Kyriakos Velopoulos after the first results of the elections and thanked the Greek men and women who supported the Hellenic Solution, characteristically saying that “The Greek solution is not dying.”
His statement in detail:
“I want to thank the Greek men and women because they endured the dirty part of the system during the war. That they were not afraid. I really feel sorry for other these pollsters who play with people’s psychology, who play with people. Is it possible that until the last minute we are told the ceiling is 4.3 and we might be out of the House?
I am sorry that we are tolerating a situation that is clearly not democratic. What I have to tell them, however, and it is blunt, is that the Greek solution is not dying. She is too strong to die.
Whatever they do in parliament we will prove that we are very tough. And we will continue the Greek, national, social, popular struggle for Greece and the Greeks.
