Piraeus is starting a series of meetings ahead of regional elections. The first that took place concerned the Northern Aegean Region and the promotion of the candidacy of Alcibiades Stefanis, who has the absolute support of the party.

The ND, as it appears, is proceeding in a climate of unity in support of the regional governor candidate, whose announcement seems to have been warmly accepted by the residents of the Region. The effort is now focused on building a strong ballot that will include nominations from people in the local community who are well aware of the district’s problems.

The meeting was attended by the Government Spokesperson and Secretary of the National Democratic Party Pavlos Marinakis, the General Director and president of the Electoral Campaign Committee for the self-governing Yannis Smyrlis, the associate of the Prime Minister Thanasis Nezis, the Secretary of Organization Stelios Kontadakis, the Secretary of Local Self-Government and MP Southern Sector Dionysis Hatzidakis, the Organizing Secretary Top. of Self-Government Menios Koromilas, the Deputies of the prefectures of the Notis Mitarakis Region, Charalambos Athanasiou, Christodoulos Stefanadis, and the DEEP presidents of the prefectures Prokopis Tzimis, Evangelos Kaplantzis and Eleftherios Blatzios.
