In view of the self-governing elections of October 8, the persons included in the ballot of the combination “ATTIKI BROSTA” led by Nikos Hardalia were made public. The candidates who will claim the vote of the citizens of Attica as Regional Councilors in the self-governing elections are 214.

The combination “ATTICA FORWARD” led by Nikos Hardalia includes 55 candidate Regional Councilors in the P.E. of the Central Sector of Athens, 33 candidate Regional Councilors in the P.E. Northern Sector of Athens, 30 candidate Regional Councilors in the P.E. South Sector of Athens, 28 candidate Regional Councilors in the P.E. Western Sector of Athens, 25 candidate Regional Councilors in the P.E. Piraeus, 30 candidate Regional Councilors in P.E. Eastern Attica, 10 candidate Regional Councilors in the P.E. of Western Attica and 3 candidate Regional Councilors in P.E. Islands.

The average age of the candidates is 52.5 years, while 43% of the candidates are women. It is worth noting that 44% of the candidates have self-governing experience, as 30 of them are active Regional Councilors and 63 are active or former Municipal Councilors in 40 Municipalities of Attica.

On the occasion of the announcement of the combination ATTICA FORWARD, the candidate Regional Mayor of Attica Nikos Hardalias made the following statement:

“I want to warmly thank our 214 fellow citizens who are taking a fighting position in our combination. Battle position for victory in the upcoming municipal elections. A battle position, above all, for realistic and immediate solutions to the daily problems of the citizens in each of the 66 neighborhoods of Attica.

These are persons renowned in their professional and social spheres. Persons who have toiled and brought tangible results in their fields. People with experience, attitude, passion for work and passion for offering. People who address the whole of society, with the belief that problems have no color. I also want to thank all those who were willing to be included in the ballot. All together we will fight the common battle, both before and after the elections.
