The Minister of Citizen Protection had a meeting with senior officers of the Greek Police this morning in Thessaloniki. Giannis Oikonomou. The focus was on the security measures of the International Exhibition of Thessaloniki, focusing on both the maintenance of order and the facilitation of traffic.

According to a relevant announcement, the meeting was also attended by the Deputy Minister of Citizen Protection, Kostas Katsafados, the leader of EL.AS, lieutenant general Lazaros Mavropoulosthe Inspector of Northern Greece, the General Police Director of Thessaloniki, the Director of Security of Thessaloniki, the Director of Police Operations of Thessaloniki, the Director of Foreigners of Thessaloniki, the Director of Police of Thessaloniki, the Director of Immediate Action of Thessaloniki, and the Director of Traffic of Thessaloniki.

Afterwards, the minister had meetings with the Union of Officers of Central Macedonia, the Union of Police Employees of Thessaloniki and the Union of Foreign Guard Employees D.F. of Thessaloniki.
