The “Letter of Intent on the expansion of the NATO Fuel Pipeline Network to the Eastern Wing of the Alliance” was signed by Mr. Dendias, the Minister of Defense of Bulgaria, Todor Tagarev, and the Deputy Minister of Defense of Romania, Simona Cojocaru.
I signed today, along with the Minister of Defense of Bulgaria Todor Tagarev, and the Deputy Minister of Defense of Romania Simona Cojocaru, the “Letter of Intent for the extension of NATO’s fuel Pipelines Network towards the Alliance’s East Flank”.

In his post on X, Mr. Dendias mentions, among other things, that “Greece’s footprint is strengthened as an energy hub and the role of the port of Alexandroupoli is further upgraded”.
“The signing of the Letter follows the Tripartite Meeting of the Prime Ministers of Greece, Bulgaria and Romania (on 9/10)” concludes the post of Mr. Dendias.
