“On Monday, October 16, the new digital platform for electronic performance for bailiffs in the Land Registry will start its operation, through ktimatologio.gov.gr. This is yet another digital service that aims to facilitate transactions, minimizing processing time and removing yet another “queue”, states Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Konstantinos Kyranakis. In practice, from tomorrow Monday the bailiffs will be able to carry out their work remotely and electronically. Note that the use of the new platform is a pilot until 1-1-2024, in the new year when it will become mandatory.

In the meantime, as Mr. Kyranakis emphasizes, “the digital platform for the priority number continues to expand, on Tuesday, October 17, it will also operate in Thessaloniki. Already, since the 28th of August when it was put into operation, it has provided an immediate solution to the phenomenon of queues outside the Land Registry Offices and to the suffering of the citizens”.

It is recalled that receiving a priority number is done digitally through gov.gr, enabling those interested to schedule their presence at the land office, as they receive the priority number on their mobile phone and can monitor the progress of the wait at any time through the platform . Citizens can issue up to 4 numbers per day, while they need to fill in their personal passwords to Taxisnet (after first registering in the National Register of Communications (NMR)) in order to confirm their mobile phone number. The launch of the platform was initially in Athens, followed by Piraeus and then Eastern Attica.
