Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will meet on Tuesday, November 14, with Chancellor Olaf Soltz, German Deputy Government Spokesperson Christiane Hoffman announced a while ago.

According to Mrs. Hoffmann, bilateral and European policy issues and security policy issues are on the agenda of the meeting.

A joint press conference will be held after the talks.

On Monday evening, Kyriakos Mitsotakis will attend a dinner hosted by the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, at the Chancellery, in Berlin, as part of his initiative for a series of “Strategic Agenda” consultations in smaller groups of EU member state leaders.

As the German Deputy Government Representative Christiane Hoffmann announced a while ago, Chancellor Olaf Scholz will also take part in the dinner, who however is not the host, but “simply provides the chancellery” to the President of the Council.

The leaders of the Republic of Cyprus, Austria, Hungary, Belgium and Lithuania have also been invited, while corresponding meetings will follow in Paris, Copenhagen and Zagreb, on the subject of planning the “common future” of the EU states.
