“With enhanced resources for quality Agriculture and food, green and digital transition“Greece is changing, Europe is supporting”, stressed the Vice President of the Commission in a post on twitter Margaritis Schoinas on the occasion of the online discussion organized with young farmers of Larissa.
The discussion was about the future of agriculture in Thessaly and the Common Agricultural Policy.
As Mr. Schoinas noted, this discussion aims to discuss issues concerning Georgia not in a political vacuum, but to focus on those Community policies that have been implemented both in the past and will be implemented in the future.
The debate on the Future of Europe must take place outside the Brusselssaid Mr. Schoinas and stressed that the Our Common Agricultural Policy and Thessaly is at the heart of the digital and green recovery. He also stressed that agriculture and the CAP mainly concern Thessaly but are not the only issues because it has many development opportunities in industry, logistics and can become a transport hub if it is not already a transport hub.
