Regarding the Turkish accusations against Greece for the immigration, Mr. Varvitsiotis, after speaking about “self-appointed defenders of this Turkish propaganda in Greece”, underlined that from 2019 the government reduced the immigration flows by 90% , reduced the number of refugees and migrants living on the islands from 30,000 to 3,000 and has built modern accommodation structures as well as a modern legal asylum framework.
