In the premises of the pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim for the foundation of the new wing in Koropi, which will be one of the most advanced in Europe, the Prime Minister was present today Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

The Prime Minister emphasized that Boehringer Ingelheim’s investment plans is another milestone in the investment plan of a company that is consolidating its position in Greece, while strengthening the country’s position on the world map of production and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Mr. Mitsotakis pointed out that it is useful to recognize those companies that prove their loyalty to our country over time, such as Boehringer Ingelheim, which counts almost 70 years of activity in Greece.

As he said, “it is the only multinational company, which has had a privately owned production unit in Greece since 1975 and how far-sighted it must have been several decades ago to choose this exact location before the airport was even built, before Attiki Road was built and apparently this is also one of the reasons that this activity is constantly expanding, making its productive, export and economic footprint even stronger”.
