“Leaving behind us the opacity practices of the past, the Field of Areos returns as a sports and entertainment area for the residents of Kypseli, Gyzi, Victoria and Exarchia and for visitors to the area,” he underlines. And he announces the creation of festive villages with free events for young and old, “according to the standards and with the aesthetics of the festive theme parks abroad” – as he points out – starting from Christmas 2024.
“Together with our fellow citizens, we will work – together – for the next day in the Field of Areos, in terms of good management and with absolute respect for the ecosystem of the park and the environment. A space, within the urban fabric, that will be a model of sustainability for the #green Attica for which we have committed to the citizens […] With actions and not words! Just as befits our fellow citizens!”, he characteristically writes.
