The government is monitoring the rapid developments taking place on its right, unmoved by continuing its pre-election strategy, which according to government officials is bearing fruit, unaffected by the toxic climate that prevails within the opposition, nor by the violence recorded by party officials “to the right” of the ND, stressing that the government is standing against the phenomena of the ecchydaism of the Democracy.

The unanimous decision of the A1 section of the Supreme Court, which blocked the participation of the Spartans in the upcoming European elections of June 9, is the exclusive competence of the judiciary, state government sources, noting, however, the institutional protection offered by the ND law and opposing SYRIZA, which despite the opportunity he had to submit, as the ND, PASOK and the New Left did, a memorandum against the participation of Vassilis Stiga’s party in the European elections, he did so “after the holiday”, commented a source, referring to the overdue attempt made by Stefanos’ party Kasselakis. “Some, unfortunately, prefer to “fish” for votes in murky waters than to defend our Republic with actions,” said the government representative, referring to the attitude of SYRIZA.

On the contrary, for the government the audience of the Spartans is clearly outside of its political aims. After all, as all measurements show, the percentage shown by the far-right Spartan party, 1.1% recorded in the latest Opinion Poll poll for Action24 television station, shows its collapse and does not seem to be strengthened by any leaks from the ND .

On the contrary, the blue mobilization that is constantly being strengthened at all levels of executives across Greece, as well as the moves made on the internal party chessboard of the ND, yield measurable poll results for the Piraeus faction and the government staff sees these days that it “braked ” the downward trend of its percentages observed in certain regions in the previous months and a regrouping of the forces of the faction is observed. At Megaros Maximos they estimate that this opinion poll shows that his messages have begun to be consolidated in the party audience and above all that the upcoming elections in June are not relaxed and must be treated with national characteristics.

In any case, Megaros Maximos and Piraeus, have decided that they will insist on the positive political agenda that has to do with government policies and reforms that were promoted and are being promoted to improve everyday life and the country’s development path, leaving behind old party and toxic attitudes, that have hurt the country in the past, but despite all this the opposition does not “repudiate” them.

Under these conditions, the prime minister continues the movements in the internal party firmament, with consecutive meetings, with the groups of his deputies, giving instructions “to the sailors” so that at the end of the pre-election battle, the intended result is captured.
