In its comment on the prime minister’s interview with SKAI, the KKE points out the need in the upcoming elections, “to express popular disapproval towards the anti-popular policy of the EU government”.
“Mr. Mitsotakis, with the well-known blackmail dilemmas about stability, is asking for the people’s vote to influence – as he says – the decisions in the EU. The issue, of course, is exactly this, that behind every popular problem… lies the very policy of the EU, which Mr. Mitsotakis serves with absolute consistency”, points out the KKE in its comment, on the occasion of the prime minister’s interview with SKAI.
The announcement of the KKE:
“Mr. Mitsotakis, with the well-known blackmailing dilemmas about stability, is asking for the people’s vote to influence – as he says – the decisions in the EU. The issue, of course, is exactly this, that behind every popular problem – from accuracy and the attack on the working people’s income up to the involvement of our country in the imperialist wars and the crime of Tempe – there is the very policy of the EU, which Mr. Mitsotakis serves with absolute consistency” points out the KKE in its comment and concludes:
“In these elections, therefore, it is crucial to express popular disapproval towards the anti-popular policy of the EU government, something that cannot be done through parties that ‘oppose’ the Mitsotakis government under the banner of EU ‘normality’, but through the strengthening of the KKE, which is the only consistent opponent against this ‘prison of the people'”.
